A LITTLE ABOUT ME
For the last 22 years, I have had the pleasure of assisting homeowners finance homes, either by purchasing or refinancing, to get them on the right track of their financial journey. Let’s face it, the mortgage process can be scary, frustrating and difficult to understand which loan might be best for you. That’s where I come in. My job is simple, help my client(s) find the best loan for their situation. I make the lending process as smooth and seamless as possible. My objective is to streamline the whole process so it makes sense to my borrower’s each step of the way. Whether that’s purchasing their first home or purchasing their 3rd, or doing a 203K rehab loan on an outdated property, or just simply refinancing to get the lowest rate or cash out. I keep myself available on weekends and evenings, as I know concerns and questions can arise at any time. To put it simply, I treat my clients exactly the way I’d hope to be treated if I went to their business for help or clarity. I have long history of originating mortgages for all types of borrowers, first time homebuyers all the way to investors who are looking for their next property. I am well versed in the Conventional and government guidelines and always give my all to each and every borrower that allows me to work with them.
