A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Chris Ailes brings a unique blend of real estate experience to the One Stop Financial Group. As a licensed broker associate, he has practiced real estate in several markets throughout the US and as a TV producer on the popular HGTV network, he worked with dozens of families searching for their homes abroad. This experience and knowledge has instilled in him a diverse insight and appreciation of many cultures and lifestyles.
Chris holds a degree from Emerson College in Boston and spent several years living and working in Hollywood for major movie studios and television networks before joining the team at One Stop Financial Group.
In 2003, he became licensed in real estate in Austin, Texas working primarily with investors and building their investment portfolios. Having owned some rental properties of his own and involved in the renovation of more than 10 single family homes, he loves to take a deep dive into a property’s finances and find ways to add value and increase returns.
Specializing in finding the best loan product for first time home buyers and luxury home purchases, Chris provides his clients with an elite level of service and precise attention to detail. He upholds a strong set of ethics and transparency with his clients every step of the way.
Chris is able to originate loans in Florida and Texas.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, watching basketball and spending time outdoors.
